Who we are
LittleWins is operated by the LittleWins team. You can reach us any time at contact@littlewins.live.
What we collect
Account information: your name, email address, password (stored as a one-way hash), and — if you sign in with Google — the profile fields Google returns to us.
Content you create: children's profiles, moments you upload (videos, photos, notes), Little Wins, diary entries, family notes, and comments.
Family information: names and email addresses of people you invite, and the per-child permissions you grant them.
Subscription information: your billing history and subscription status are stored with our payment processor, Stripe. We store the minimum needed to keep your subscription in sync (customer ID, plan, trial and renewal dates).
Technical information: device type, app version, and basic diagnostics we use to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
To provide the service — showing your family's moments, running AI feedback, sharing content with the people you've invited, and syncing your subscription.
To keep the service safe — detecting abuse and enforcing our Community Guidelines.
To contact you about your account, your subscription, or major changes to the service.
We do not use your family's content to train third-party models, and we do not use it for advertising.
AI processing
AI feedback is designed to encourage and support a child. When we run AI over a moment, only the necessary media is processed by our AI provider under a data-processing agreement. AI output is stored alongside the moment and only visible inside your family. You can turn AI features off in Settings at any time.
Who can see your content
Only family members you invite can see your family's content. LittleWins has no public profiles, no discovery feed, and no advertising network.
We share data with service providers that help us run the app (hosting, storage, payments, email, AI). Each provider is contracted to protect your data and use it only to run our service.
We may disclose data if legally required, or to protect a child's safety.
Storage and security
Content is stored in private, access-controlled storage buckets. Every media URL is short-lived and scoped to a signed-in family member.
Passwords are hashed. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Retention and deletion
We keep your content while your account is active. You can delete any moment, win, or diary entry inside the app.
When you delete your account, we remove your profile, your children's profiles, all uploaded media, and all associated content. Non-personal aggregate logs may be retained for security and legal purposes.
You can also export your Journey Book at any time from Settings → Export.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from Settings. If you'd like us to do it on your behalf, or if you have any other privacy question, email contact@littlewins.live.
Children
LittleWins is designed for parents and caregivers to record and celebrate their own children. Children do not create accounts and we do not knowingly collect information from children directly.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page.
