Your account
You need to be 18 or older to open a LittleWins account. You're responsible for your account and for anyone you invite into your family space.
Keep your password safe. If you think someone else has accessed your account, tell us right away.
Your content
You own everything you upload. By uploading, you grant LittleWins the licence needed to store your content, show it to the family members you've invited, and run the features you've asked for (like AI feedback and exports).
Only upload content of your own family. Do not upload other people's children.
Acceptable use
Follow our Community Guidelines. Don't use LittleWins to harm, harass, or exploit anyone.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm a child.
Subscriptions and billing
LittleWins offers a monthly plan (A$9.95 / month) and an annual plan (A$89.95 / year). Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Both plans include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at sign-up. You will not be charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Except where required by consumer law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a period has started. Contact us if you believe there's been a billing error.
Family Archive mode
If your subscription lapses, your family space enters Family Archive mode: your content is kept but new uploads and AI features pause until you resubscribe.
AI features
AI feedback in LittleWins is designed to be encouraging and kind. It is not medical, diagnostic, or coaching advice, and it does not predict elite athletic outcomes.
Availability
We work hard to keep LittleWins running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LittleWins isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
